Hills star Lauren Conrad is denying reports that she had a fling with Justin Bobby, the on/off boyfriend of her former roommate Audrina Patridge.

“I’m being accused of being a bad friend, a slut and a liar all at once. It would actually be funny to me if people weren’t taking it seriously,” Conrad told Usmagazine.com on Friday.

She continued: “The worst thing is knowing that a friend, that I’ve known for years and even shared a home with, thinks that I’m capable of that kind of betrayal. I would never hurt a friend like that!”

PerezHilton.com reported that Patridge learned of the alleged hookup about a week ago, from a friend of Bobby’s.

When confronted, Justin admitted to Audrina that he and L.C. hooked up,”a source told PerezHilton.com

Conrad’s take on the situation? She implied it had something to do with Spencer Pratt.

“Once again someone has mysteriously called Perez Hilton and had him post another insane and completely false rumor about me,” she blogged on her MySpace page on Friday. “Hmmmmmm… I wonder who it could be? I’m baffled… What kind of person would enjoy watching blogs and the press tear me apart? Who is someone that I do not get along with, that possibly has too much time on his hands (between pathetically staged paparazzi shots).”

Conrad also took a shot at Bobby.

“Do they think I was swept away by his wonderful manners and his commitment to my friend?” Conrad wrote. “I love it when guys burp in my face. So hot!”

She added: “I have never even been in the same place as Justin when Audrina wasn’t around. I have been there for Audrina for years of ups and downs with this guy. Now she is accusing me of hooking up with him?”

Conrad concluded her post with a personal message to Patridge.

“You know I didn’t do this and I have never given you a reason not to trust me,” Conrad wrote. “Whoever is telling you these things does not have your best interest at heart. You asked me if I did this and I told you I didn’t.”

Heather Locklear

Heather Locklear was arrested in Montecito, California on Saturday afternoon and booked for suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription medication, the Associated Press reports.

Calls to Locklear’s reps were not returned.

Locklear, 47, was pulled over by California Highway Patrol after a resident reported that she was driving “erratically.” Patrol spokesman Tom Marshall told the AP that the responding officer spotted Locklear’s car parked on a state highway blocking a lane. “In talking with her, the officer determines that she seems to be under the influence of something,” Marshall said.

Locklear was taken into custody, tested for drugs and alcohol, booked and released.

In June Locklear entered an Arizona inpatient facility for treatment for anxiety and depression.

Oscar-winning actress Charlize Theron has seen The Hills and she doesn’t understand why it’s so popular.

“I realized that this f—ing show is huge,” Theron told MTV News Monday while promoting Battle in Seattle. “Now I’m going to ask you a question: Why?

“Why is it so big?” she asked. “It’s about nothing! This is a free country. Freedom of speech! You can tell me right now to my face that Reindeer Games was a piece of sh–. That’s totally fine.

“But The Hills is about nothing,” she continued. “I think the girls are beautiful and when they cry their mascara runs and that’s real, but I don’t get it! [Pause.] I am a nana. I’ll just take it. I am a nana. Maybe I need to watch the shows some more.”

Theron, 33, said she watched a couple of episodes in different languages because she was on a world tour.

In March, Theron was bewildered when asked by MTV about The Hills.

“I do not know what The Hills are,” she responded at the time. “Oh, now you’re going to make me look like the old fart. God, you’re a mother—-er! Unbelievable! You’re supposed to make me look like the cool movie star! Come on! Get with it! What is The Hills?”

Josh Hartnett had hearts melting last night as he signed autographs for his adoring fans who waited patiently at the Apollo Theatre stage door. The hunky actor has been performing in London’s West End twice a day for his first stage production in the 80’s remake of Rain Man.

In a black leather jacket and a red checked shirt, Josh ultimately looked unfazed by his popularity, coolly charming his way through a maze of questions and pictures. Although he couldn’t hide a brief blush when one of his many female admirers admitted it was she who threw a rose on stage.

When asked if he liked London (his home until December), Hartnett responded enthusiastically “yes,” but admitted he was “a New Yorker” at heart and wouldn’t move to the city. He also revealed to Splash he would be avoiding any clubs by heading straight home to bed.

Josh then quickly said his goodbyes and promptly left through the theatre’s main entrance, leaving a coo of female admiration in his wake. And the poor guy has to go through it all again tomorrow.
