DRUG FREE Current mood: betrayed Category: Life If you have something to say to me, say it to my face- that’s what i have believed my whole life- don’t be a coward and say it to others first, let alone all the media in the world- i think we know where the rest of this blog is going… If you guessed it had to do with my father- then you guessed right! It really hurts, because i have tried- after all that my mother and siblings have gone through, i really tried to make things work- For the hope of having a father again-wanting things to change- even though people have said, some people will forever remain the same. Having said that- the people were right, and he is yet to change- but this time, without his daughter by his side- He has become a public embaressment and a bully- To my family, my co-workers, my friends, and a girl that means the world to me (its obvious who that is). He has no idea what is going on in my life because i have chosen not to involve him in it- His recent attack on my life and my loved ones is simply for an ADDICTION THAT HE HAS- FAME. Why he feels the need to comment on anything in my life that i may want to keep private, is beyond comprehension- If he really cared about me and my life, then he would learn to respect my wishes by staying out of it. Samantha has not and would never sell me out. Nor has my mother, who is wonderful. This further proves that any information that my father has about me or the people in my life is internet based- and about as accurate as a page six item. I’m not going to engage any further, though i probably could go on… I have said enough, i have a therapist, and it is not the the camera man at x17.

THE PRESIDENT: MIKE JONES SPEAKS AND APOLOGIES FOR THE INCIDENT OCCURING AT THE 2008 OZONE AWARDS

Houston, TX – Rapper and actor, Mike Jones officially addresses the public, concerning the incident that occurred during the 3rd Annual Ozone Awards, August 11,2008, in Houston, TX. Jones is known for his catchy southern lyrics, and his exuberant willingness to speak to America’s youth about education, and the issues concerning America today. He is a Houston native and takes pride in his city, its accomplishments and its reputation in the hip hop community.

On August 13, 2008, Mike Jones begins by addressing the city of Houston, his fans, the hip hop community, fellow artists and Julia Beverly, Owner of Ozone Magazine, by stating: “First off before I point any fingers, I personally do want to apologize for the incident that happened at the Ozone Awards. I hope you all don’t get the wrong impression of me or my city. The incident that I was put in was totally unexpected and totally unprofessional. If I knew this was going to happen at a big event such as the Ozone Awards, first, I would not have brought my mother and second, I would have done everything in my power to prevent it. Knowing that this event was big, not only for me and other artist but for the city as a whole; I pray and hope that you the people can see and understand me and the unfortunate situation I was put in. I am aware of how big this event was for the city of Houston and the entire hip hop community. Please know that I had no intention of tarnishing this great opportunity, nor the experiences of those who participated in it. I apologize once again for everything that happened but I cannot apologize for having to defend myself from someone bringing unexpected or un-called violence to me and my family at any time. I apologize once again and I appreciate your support and understanding.”

Jones is very passionate about the subject of Hip Hop, and its’ effects on the community today. He does not condone nor uphold violence. The 3rd Annual Ozone Awards and TOA Music Conference intended to bring the Southern hip hop community, industry professionals, and music artists together for a positive and enjoyable weekend. This incident was totally unexpected by Jones and out of his control. He attempted to do his part to correct the situation during the Awards show by going onstage to apologize to the audience and participants, present his award as scheduled and perform. Unfortunately, other events prevented him from performing as the show met time restraints.
Jones wishes to put this unfortunate and negative incident to rest and has no intention of up-holding it by continuing to speak on it or speak about or against anyone or anything concerning it. He is currently doing well and is in Houston working on his upcoming studio album, The Voice of the Streets and promoting his number two single on the charts and second single off the album “Cutty Buddy.”

Houston, TX - I have to take the time out to apologize to the kids, and to anyone who follows and supports my career for what happened at the Ozone Awards this past Monday night. I told myself that I was gonna do my best for the new era of the streets not to go through the experiences that I go through in life. For a split second, I almost entertained the little-girl tactics of a person who is really irrelevant nowadays. Things like this happen in life every day and I do not have the time to entertain this any more. I would like the world to tell Mr. Jones that he can thank me later for his split second of fame. Right now, I’ma keep it moving.

Kimmy recently blogged that she’s going to be getting Lasik Eye surgery done to her pupils. I’m thinking about getting them done too sometime down the road. I think my eyes went bad after watching all those Viewers Choice unscrambled pornos back in the day…

On the way there Pee’s wife and I talked, of course my stupid ass had to roll one up (who smokes weed on the way to a jail?) The regular asshole routine. It wasn’t until we saw the exit sign for the facility that it really hit me……..Damn…………we weren’t driving to a do a show, we weren’t driving to Atlantic City to throw dice and bug out for the weekend.

Nope. This was not a vacation. We were going to visit P in jail. But nevertheless, I wasn’t down. I hadn’t seen Pee for a minute so I was hype.

We made a stop at the market for some canned vegetables that Pee wanted (you already know the food in there is straight dogshit) and about 20$ in quarters so we could take pictures.

They got a little vending type machine you put quarters in, only takes quarters, and it gives you a voucher for a polaroid photo. (more ridiculous, demeaning shit they do to try to break your spirit) Then you take the voucher to polaroid man (another inmate whose job it is to take pictures) and he pops a quick flick wherever you’d like in the visiting area.

Later, when we took one of the pics, Pee put up his trademark two-fingers-together peace sign, and polaroid man waved it off. Said something about ‘you know I don’t give a shit but you know how these dudes are in here. They gonna think its a gang sign.’ jail.

Making A Boob

hello , i wore a loose fitting t shirt yesterday . I was very hot in London yesterday , and it’s no secret I don’t like wearing bras , besides i don’t need to, measuring in at 32A it hardly seems necessary .My boob fell out twice and people on the blogs are saying it was a publicity stunt . Can I just say , i have been keeping myself very much to myself recently , i’ve been gardening , decorating my new flat and looking after my greiving grandfather .

If i wanted publicity , i’d be accepting invitations not to mention money for turning up to glamourous events . I’m actually trying really hard to be out of the public eye , as I’m really proud of the work i’ve put into my album and I want people to appreciate the music , yes I enjoy attention and praise , thats why i went into this job . But don’t accuse me of purposely slipping out of my clothes to get attention and press . I hate the fact that there are always 10 middle aged men following me everywhere that i go .

I understand that it’s the price i pay for having a nice house and nice clothes , and i treat them with courtesy when i don’t think that they particularly deserve it . i’m a very independent person and I like to live as normal a life as anybody where I can ,I live by myself , i drive myself around and run all my errands by myself . It’s actually incredibly embarrasing and lonely when I’m walking down the street and men are chasing me with their cameras , drawing attention to me and people then pointing and taking out their camera’s and phones all getting in on the action . I’m 5″2 i’m 23 and this stuff gets to me every so often , so when you see pictures of ” lily looking , glum” or ” lily in tears , again” it’s not because i’m upset about my relationships or because i’m hungover . It’s because i’m on my own and people are pointing at me like an animal in the zoo , talking about me as if i’m not there, meanwhile 10 -20 guys are all making money catching every second of it . Anyway my point is , i would never use my body in that way , I’m just not that kind of girl .
