Shannen Doherty is returning to 90210.

The actress, 37, has been cast on CW’s upcoming 90210 spin-off, the show’s executive producer, Gabe Sachs, announced at the Television Critics Association fall press tour Saturday.

She will reprise her role as Brenda Walsh, who, after a successful theater career, has returned to West Beverly High as a guest director for the school’s musical production.

The announcement comes weeks after her rep confirmed to Us that the star was in talks to join the spin-off, which is set to air September 2.

Doherty isn’t the only familiar face.

New mom Tori Spelling is also slated reprise her role as Donna Martin down the line.

Jennie Garth, who played blonde rich girl Kelly Taylor, will star in several episodes as a high school guidance counselor.

Garth - who once got into a fistfight on-set with Doherty - has said she would have no problem if Doherty was cast.

“A lot of time has passed, and I’m a big girl,” she said.
