SOHH is reporting that Atlantic Records artist Plies, will have a very strong debut week for his sophomore album, Definition of Real.  Early reports say the Fort Myers, Florida rapper is on course to sell anywhere from 150-250,000 units of his new LP.

This is great news considering Lil’ Wayne pushed back his release of Tha Carter III from May 13 to June 10 – the same week as Plies’ release.  Wayne is a confirmed lock to debut at #1 on the Billboard 200 next week after first day sales of 423,000 copies sold.

Plies’ new album has some stellar production behind the project worth checking out on top of the guest appearances from Trey Songz, J. Holiday, The-Dream, Jamie Foxx and Keyshia Cole.
